My name is Susan Steady, I offer confidential counselling in
a caring and supportive environment in Coventry. My counselling practice is based close to the city centre.
Whatever you're facing right now, you are important.
From time to time everyone has problems. There may be times when nobody seems to understand what you're going through,
or for reasons of your own you prefer to talk to someone who is not connected to your circle of friends, family, or colleagues
at work.
At times like these, counselling can
provide a confidential space for you to be listened to, heard,
and understood, and help you to explore your thinking, feelings, and behaviour around your issue/situation.
Counselling could help you find your own way forward concerning the changes you are seeking to make.
I work with people who have issues around: Anxiety Depression Stress (including work
related) Bereavement, Grief, Loss Relationship issues (including couple counselling) Issues from Childhood Low self esteem, low confidence Miscarriage Trauma Anger management Bullying Redundancy Physical or emotional

My practice is easily accessible either by public transport or by car (road side parking available), and within
easy reach from Rugby, Warwick, Kenilworth, and Leamington Spa.
I offer the initial
appointment at a reduced fee of £10.
